Our research and development efforts are focused on improving various aspects of pool components. These include performance, durability, ease of use and aesthetics. But also efficiency, which ultimately results in lower costs, is an important and recurring theme. Development at Poolmotive® starts with mapping out the requirements and the underlying reasons. When a solution is concrete, several prototypes are made. This is done by our extensive machine park with 3D printer.  

If the conclusion is, after several tests, that we have a good working product we move to the testing phase, on site. After completion of this test phase and the exclusion of foreseeable practical problems, the prototype can be taken into production. HINGE SYSTEM

This is how we solved the problem

By using a hinge system with our (niche) finishes, it is possible for one technician to open and
close. That way it can easily access the roll-up system to clean under/behind it, which is also efficiency.

ECCENTRIC CAMS

Perfectly fitted

The vertical panels of our recess finishes are suspended in
eccentric cams. By turning these eccentric cams
the recess plate can be mounted to fit perfectly. The seams on the sides

MIXING VALVE SHOWERS

Safety first. Very simple.

Our outdoor showers only have an on-off button. The mixing valve is mounted in the technical room. This prevents accidentally turning on too hot shower water during showering. Ideal for when children shower independently.

HOME AUTOMATION SYSTEM

Compatible with your existing home automation system

The control cabinets for our roll-up systems are equipped with electronic inputs that can be controlled by a
home automation system which is also used in the home.

SPACERS

Perfect over the water

In some situations the slats do not run perfectly on the water. With our A3000 spacers that can be mounted in the niche, for example, we guide the slats perfectly over the water and they float nicely parallel between the edge tiles.

We notice that the demand for organic forms is increasing. With standard products, we can no longer offer a solution in the long run. With the 3D printing robot we can, of course. It can print any shape you want.

Where finding good staff is becoming an increasing challenge
we are sorting for possible challenges in capacity.

With the 3D printing robot, we also want to produce new products that until recently we could not produce, or had to buy at too high a price. This offers possibilities and opportunity for everyone.
